1. CFA Registration
All Daebak Kitty kittens are born to CFA-registered parents, and all litters are registered with CFA. CFA registration paperwork for each kitten will be provided to the buyer.
2. Reservation & Deposit
A $300 deposit is required to reserve a kitten.
A kitten is considered reserved once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind or cancels the purchase for personal reasons.
If Daebak Kitty is unable to complete the sale of the reserved kitten, the buyer may choose either a full refund of the deposit or transfer the deposit to another available kitten.
3. Payment
Payment is accepted by Cash or Zelle only. Personal checks are not accepted.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the kitten leaves Daebak Kitty.
4. Pet Only — No Breeding Rights
All Daebak Kitty kittens are sold as Pet Only.
Breeding rights are not sold or provided.
Kittens purchased from Daebak Kitty may not be used for breeding under any circumstances.
5. Going Home
Kittens may go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age or older.
If Daebak Kitty determines that a kitten needs additional time due to its health or development, the go-home date may be postponed.
6. Veterinary Examination
The buyer must have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the kitten.
Failure to have the kitten examined within 72 hours will void the health guarantee.
If a health concern is discovered, the buyer must notify Daebak Kitty within the same 72-hour period and provide written veterinary documentation and relevant test results.
7. Health Guarantee
Daebak Kitty provides each kitten to the buyer in good health.
If the veterinary examination performed within 72 hours confirms that the kitten had a serious pre-existing illness or congenital or hereditary condition before leaving Daebak Kitty, the buyer must provide written veterinary documentation and relevant test results.
The health guarantee does not cover temporary stress, appetite or stool changes associated with transitioning to a new home, or conditions resulting from accidents, improper care, neglect, or an unsuitable living environment after the kitten leaves Daebak Kitty.
8. Vaccinations & Deworming
Kittens will receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before leaving Daebak Kitty.
All vaccinations, deworming, routine veterinary care, and other medical care required after the kitten goes home are the buyer’s responsibility.
9. Refund Policy
Once a kitten has gone home, no refunds will be provided due to a change of mind.
Family disagreement, moving, financial circumstances, allergies, difficulty adjusting with other pets, or other personal circumstances are not grounds for a refund.
10. Rehoming
If the buyer can no longer keep the cat, Daebak Kitty must be contacted first.
The cat may not be surrendered to an animal shelter or sold or transferred to another person without first contacting Daebak Kitty.
11. Pickup & Transportation
If transportation or delivery is required instead of local pickup, the method, schedule, and cost must be agreed upon in advance.
Any transportation or delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
12. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to provide the cat with a safe indoor home, appropriate food, clean water, routine veterinary care, and necessary medical treatment.
The cat may not be neglected or abused and may not be kept as an outdoor cat.
13. Agreement to Terms
By submitting the $300 deposit, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
